Nominations for Member of the Year
We have revived an honor that was given to the member who
was the person that provided the most to our chapter. The Member of the Year does not have to be a
Board Member. You may nominate any
active member of the Chapter.
The votes will be tallied and we will make the announcement
of the award at the first tasting in January of 2015. If you have not made a nomination for Member
of the Year, we ask that you take a few moments and do so. The link below will take you directly to the
survey. This is a safe site, and does
not collect any personal information from your computer.
Nominations of Board Members for the 2015 Season
Please take a few moments to nominate those that you think
might best serve our Chapter in the various board positions. You may nominate more than one person for
each position. The vote will be held at
the November tasting, and the newly elected members will begin their terms in
January of 2015.

work, copy and paste it into your browser.
If more than one member in a household shares a computer, simply close
the survey after the first person completes their nominations and then open the
link again for additional household members.
