It's Time for AWS Pittsburgh Chapter's Third Annual Soup Pair Bowl

Join us on January 11, 2023, at 7 p.m. as we sample
soups and pair them with wines. Soups and wines aren’t opponents but rather
great teammates if you know which ones to pull off the rack and bring to the
table!
Soups on the menu so far, I mean in the lineup will be: Tom Yum Soup (vegetarian), Chili with Ground Beef, Broccoli and Cheese, Butternut Squash, Wedding Soup and Seafood Bisque. The wines will be a surprise. We must keep the suspense up somehow!
Our soup makers so far are: Anita Gallagher, Mary Eld, John Hoffman, Karen Henrich, Bob Dering, and Carol Huthmacher. Dessert makers are Rachel Gallagher and Molly Shirey.
This is a true competition, and we will vote
for our favorite soup and wine pairing or dessert and wine pairing!
The winner(s) will receive a free entry
for the raffle wine!
Reservations will be accepted until January 4 to allow our chefs to prepare.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR WINE GLASSES.
Please park in the rear of the building and enter through the back door for easiest access to the Concert Hall at PYCO.
