Come Explore the Wines of Portugal at a new Meeting Venue for AWS Pittsburgh!

Explore the Wines of Portugal with AWS-Pittsburgh Chapter at a New Meeting Location on September 14!

It's time for us to gather again to enjoy the wines of Portugal with our presenter, David Escobar-Martin from Vintage Imports, a premier importer and distributor of fine wines and spirits in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. Founded in 1980, Vintage Imports has a dynamic portfolio of wines and spirits and a strong history of relationships with wineries all over the world.

We hope you can join us on Wednesday, September 14 at 7 p.m. at our new location PYCO School of Music (images and address of the new location included below).

Registration is now Closed.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR WINE GLASSES.
(Other helpful tips, don't wear any fragrances or perfume so we can fully smell the wines and brush your teeth after the wine tasting so you don't miss out on all the flavors the wines will present.)

About our new location:

PYCO School of Music, 150 Lake Drive, Wexford, PA 15090

It's called PYCO School of Music located in Wexford adjacent to the Wexford Plaza, near Whole Foods. They have a recital hall that they offer as a rental space that is available for our group to use on the second Wednesday of each month from 7-9 p.m. It is also the same cost for our group as Evergreen was but with more space, a better sound system and 100 parking spaces on a level parking lot.

The space is 60 ft. long by 30 ft. wide and has a 17 ft. high ceiling to provide great acoustics so everyone will be able to hear our presenters. Set up for our events is included with the rental fee and we have access to a kitchen. The space can accommodate plenty of people (up to 180) and we hope to offer a holiday party this year in this venue as well. We know that change is hard, but sometimes change can mean improvements! We are certain that this new space will work well. Below are a few photos inside the recital hall and the kitchen.
